West Adelaide SC invites families to register for the 2026 Season.

Notes:
• The uniform portion of the fees has been removed from the club fees in 2026. The uniform fees are now payable directly to Macron.
• Registration fees of $113 are payable directly to Football SA and Football Australia when registering in PlayFootball. The club will advise when the PlayFootball registration window is open.
• Sports Voucher at checkout is for 2026 calendar year. You may apply this to the deposit payable now and the club will lodge in early 2026. Note: only school-age students up to Year 9 in 2026 may apply for Sports Voucher credits.

Terms and conditions

  • Please note that uniform fees and playfootball registration fees are not included in these club fees.
  • 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    1.1. By registering for with West Adelaide Soccer Club (the "Club"), you agree to comply with the Club’s policies, Codes of Conduct, Football SA policies, Football Australia policies and these Terms and Conditions. The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided via email and/or the Club’s website, Majestri site, Junior Club Handbook.

    2. CODE OF CONDUCT
    2.1. All members, including players, parents, and guardians, must adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct, which is available on the Club’s website, Majestri site and Junior Club Handbook. Breaches of the Code may result in disciplinary action, which could include suspension or expulsion from the Club.
    2.2. Any breaches of the Code of Conduct will be addressed by the Club’s Executive Committee, with penalties potentially including temporary or permanent suspension from the Club’s activities.

    3. TEAM COMPOSITION
    3.1. Final team composition will be decided by the club football staff. Players will not be selected in a team if they have not paid their registration fees – no exceptions.

    4. GRADING
    4.1. In some age groups, it will be necessary for the club to grade players according to their ability; this is for the benefit of the players and allows them to compete against teams of similar abilities.

    5.TRAINING
    5.1. The club and the coach will determine the day/s and time of your weekly training sessions. It is expected that all team members will attend training and in the event of a training session being cancelled, then the Club will communicate this ASAP through the agreed communication channels used by the team. Should team members not be able to attend training, they are required to communicate this with the team manager.
    5.2. Cancellations of training or matches will be communicated promptly via the team’s agreed communication channels.

    6. MEDICAL AND INSURANCE LIABILITY
    6.1. By registering with West Adelaide Soccer Club, parents/guardians acknowledge that the Club is not liable for any injury, illness, or medical costs incurred during training or matches. The Club provides basic player insurance via Football South Australia, but this may not cover all expenses.
    6.2. Parents/guardians are strongly advised to arrange private health insurance to cover their child for accidents and injuries.
    6.3. In case of a medical emergency, the Club may seek medical treatment for players, including arranging ambulance transport if necessary. Every effort will be made to contact parents/guardians before such actions, but the Club accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.

    7. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
    7.1. By registering, you grant the Club permission to use photographs and video footage of players for marketing and promotional purposes. Players under 18 will not have their names or personal details published without parental consent.

    8. EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS
    8.1.By registering, members agree to receive emails from the Club, including promotional materials and important updates. The Club will use the email address provided during registration for these communications.
    8.2.The Club may communicate with members via phone, email, or other communication platforms to provide updates related to the team and club activities.

    9. WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECKS (WWCC)
    9.1. Any adult working with children on behalf of West Adelaide Soccer Club is required to provide a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). This applies to all volunteers, coaches, and team managers.
    9.2.Parents/guardians of members under 18 must ensure that at least one person responsible for their child on match days and during roster duties holds a valid WWCC.

    10. GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS
    10.1.Should a player, parent, or guardian have any complaints or concerns, they should first raise these with their Team Manager, who will escalate the matter to the coach if necessary. If the issue remains unresolved, the Team Manager will bring the matter to the Junior Committee for further discussion and resolution.
    10.2.The Club encourages open communication and aims to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

    11. AMENDMENTS
    11.1 The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and will take immediate effect from the date of publication on the Club’s website.

    12. FEES
    12.1. Club Fees. A deposit for club fees by 31 October 2025 is required to secure a position, deposits are non-refundable. The balance of club fees is required by 31 Jan 2026 to ensure team mapping and match eligibility. Refunds will only be considered in the event of long-term injury, movement interstate or overseas, or team disbandment. Unfinancial players will not be permitted to train or play matches. Unfinancial players will be referred to Football SA at season's end, barring registration with other clubs.
    12.2 Uniform Fees. Uniform will be ordered direct from Macron and is additional to club fees, the club bears no responsibility for delay of uniform in the event of late or missed order deadlines. Macron fees will vary between $295/$360 dependent upon returning or new player, respectively. Senior development squad (18/reserves) is $495.
    12.3 Football SA Fees. Registration via playfootball is required prior to commencement of fixtures to satisfy federation eligibility and insurance. This fee for junior amateurs is expected to be between $100-120.

    I have read and understand the clubs’ rules and conduct regulations and I agree to conduct myself in a manner that will not bring this club or the game of soccer into disrepute.
